The HumanArts series at Assumption College is happy to present an African Drumming presentation. ThisWorldMusic Founder/Director Jeremy Cohen will present a lecture and hands-on clinic on the rich drumming traditions of West Africa. Cohen is a cultural interlocutor who blends his experience as a classroom teacher, conservatory-trained musician and African adventurer, and will offer insight into the unique shared music and history between the U.S. and Ghana.

Limburg Cathedral Boys Choir

Assumption College will host the world-renowned Limburg Cathedral Boys Choir of Germany  for a concert on Tuesday, October 2 at 7 p.m. in the acclaimed Jeanne Y. Curtis Performance Hall in the College’s Tsotsis Family Academic Center, 500 Salisbury Street, Worcester. The concert is free and the general public is welcome.
